Quick and Easy Strategies Faculty Can Use to Improve Student Learning

Post

Dr. Zakrajsek discusses research in educational and cognitive psychology that demonstrates that when it comes to student learning, how we teach is often just as important, or even more important, than what we teach. Although not anyone’s goal, it is possible to teach in ways that make learning difficult. The good news is that it is also possible to teach in ways that makes learning easier. In this webinar we will look at evidence-based strategies to improve our students’ learning. The best part is that the strategies presented will require little to no effort to employ, may be immediately put into practice, and hold the potential to effectively improve student learning in nearly every course.
